“Our broker was referred to us which was very important. We decided against other brokers based on the initial interactions we had and the level of effort we noticed from Craig. We didn't pursue others because of that. Craig assisted us in all aspects which was critical given we were out of town buyers. He attended the inspection, provided facetime visits of homes including the home we ultimately chose. He worked seamlessly between escrow company and mortgage lender to ensure things happened on time. Many times, he reminded us of things that we were not aware of in order to ensure we closed on our timeline. All of these qualities were evident in Craig which is why he was an easy and trustworthy agent to work with. We could ask all questions and he was always kind and he was even willing to show us the entire city as many times as needed in order to be certain we wanted to move. We had another location on our list and this was critical to us making an informed decision. Our overall experience was excellent from start to finish. As per other comments, the patience required to make an out of town purchase was evident in Craig from the beginning.”
